Jackie Campbell was employed in retail management prior to joining ARI. Upon graduation from ARI, Jackie became office manager and currently supervises all administrative functions within the company.
Anthony Neal is responsible for day-to-day operations of ARI and has been involved in residential real finance for 17 years. His engagements include underwriting, marketing, product development and compliance.
Raymond O'Pharrow As program director for a very active CDC, Raymond was responsible for internal staff development as well as training the staff for any new program launched. He is bringing those skills to Anchor in managing client and vendor relations. Mr. O'Pharrow's ability to develop relations with diverse populations will be a great asset to ARI in preparing graduates for careers in the financial services industry.
Lloyd Wynn is responsible for quality assurance in programs and services. He develops and updates curricula; documents processes and perform testing on all internal controls; drafts all documents and provides counseling to students. Lloyd has over 18 years experience in residential real estate finance.
James Best, Director of ARIs Homebuyers Association, is an active sales agent and real estate investor. James is also a graduate of ARI and longtime entrepreneur.
Leslie Wynn is the Founder and CEO of ARI. Ms. Wynn is the vision of ARI and prepares the organization for the unique challenges of being an educational entity within the financial services industry. Her vast experience in senior management will lead the organization in becoming a prime institution for training in real estate finance.
Derrick Johnson is responsible for internal audits and compliance reviews. Derrick has an array of audit experience across many disciplines. The past two years,Derrick has performed SOX audits exclusively.
Michael Brunson, Director of Governmental Relations and Instructor has over 20 years experience in senior management within the mortgage industry. Michael is proficient in developing quality assessment programs with an emphasis on appraisals and fraud detection.
Derrick Woods, Instructor/Branch Manager has developed a unique, systematic instructional guide to originating mortgage loans. Derrick brings a diverse background of real estate and military finance to achieve classroom objectives.
