ABOUT US

What we do

Anchor Renaissance Institute (ARI) located in Alexandria, Virginia, is a licensed, proprietary school which provides training in residential real estate finance. We train underwriters, loan officers and processors. Additionally, we are training providers for the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, through the Workforce Investment Act. Also, we are approved by Maryland's Higher Education Commission and Dept. of Labor, Licensing & Regulation to provide pre-certification training to Loan Originators.

We have developed curricula for Northern Virginia Community College and Savannah State University through their Continuing Education Programs http://www.nvcc.edu/annandale/continuing/courses/fall/allcourses.asp

We would like to offer a course in residential real estate finance (which would include entrepreneurship, credit/capital markets and real estate investments) to you. Contact us at (703) 642-1903 to find out more.

Our Profile

Anchor has launched its new mortgage banker training program for individuals desiring to become mortgage bankers, investors or entrepreneurs. The goal of Anchor is to become the point of contact for training, education and workforce development for the mortgage industry. In alliance with corporate partners, Anchor will transform standards required within the lending industry into a certifiable educational program.

Todays economy is vastly complex and quite different than it was a decade ago. Even for the savvy consumer, selecting between the maze of products and services available in the marketplace is very challenging. Understanding the advantages, consequences and risks associated with these products and services will allow the consumer to make informed choices. At Anchor Renaissance Institute we believe the responsibility of education lies with the consumer and the seller of these products and services. Sellers must be fully accountable for the information they give to the consumer. The public can feel confident that our graduates have embraced this responsibility.
